I believe that good design is the right design. I take a user-centric and empathy driven approach to my process. I balance this with a deep understanding of a project’s business and technical needs. By doing so, I support my team in being able to craft products and experiences that provide real impact, to both stakeholders and the customers using that product. The design outcomes should feel clear, effortless and elegant as a result.
I have extensive experience leading projects from the front, from client facing workshops and presentations, to user research and collaborating with technical teams and engineers.
I work comfortably in both large, structured projects, or when we need to think conceptually and get ours hands dirty figuring out ambiguity for start-ups.
I consider myself to be a friendly and confident communicator who’s ready to voice their opinion, support my team however I can, while enjoying discussion, collaboration and raising a smile along the way.
